Classes will be available for 6 months after date of purchase. Upon completion of all classes, email Help@PestNetwork.com for your final signed certificate.

Recertification

The recertification requirements for Commercial Applicators in the State of Tennessee are as follows:

-No more than 50% can be acquired from online training.

-Point assignment is based on one (1) point* per hour of certification in related topics. You may not earn more than 75% of your total point requirement at any one school. Training requirements have been established to meet federal and state guidelines.

-Recertification points will be allowed only for an update on approved topics in your category related to pests, pest control, pesticides, pesticide safety, environmental issues (water quality, endangered species, etc.) and pesticide law and regulations. All points cannot be accrued in one certification year (each Oct. 22 to Oct. 21).

For those certified prior to October 21, 2008 & before October 21, 2009 you must accumulate:

Category 1  Agricultural Plant  18pts.
Category 2  Forest Pest Control  12pts.
Category 3 or LHA  Ornamental & Turf  18pts.
Category 4  Seed Treatment  12pts.
Category 5  Aquatic Pest Control  12pts.
Category 6  Right of Way  18pts.
Category 7  Structural Pest Control  30pts.
Category 8  Public Health  18pts.
Category 10  Demo & Research  18pts.
Category 11  Wood Preservatives  9pts.
Category 12  Pesticide Dealer  18pts.
Category 13  Antifouling Paint  9pts.
Category 14  Microbial Pest Control  9pts.
Category 16  Sewer Line Treatment  9pts.

For those certified on or after October 21, 2009 & before October 21, 2010 you must accumulate:

Category 1  Agricultural Plant  12pts.
Category 2  Forest Pest Control  8pts.
Category 3 or LHA  Ornamental & Turf  12pts.
Category 4  Seed Treatment  8pts.
Category 5  Aquatic Pest Control  8pts.
Category 6  Right of Way  12pts.

Category 8  Public Health  12pts.
Category 10  Demo & Research  12pts.
Category 11  Wood Preservatives  6pts.
Category 12  Pesticide Dealer  12pts.

Category 16  Sewer Line Treatment  6pts.

For those certified on or after October 21, 2010 & before April 21, 2011 you must accumulate:
